Experience Policy

Approval Process
  • This booking requires you to be approved by the provider.
  • If your booking is declined, a full refund will be automatically provided.
Cancellation Policy
  • This event is 100% refundable 60 days before the event.
  • This event is 50% refundable 22 to 59 days before the event.
Cancellation Information
Deposit A deposit (if applicable) of 50% of the total experience fee is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. All deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation schedule below. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your experience begins. Full payment will automatically be charged before the experience starts regardless of when your balance was collected. Cancellation & Refund Schedule All deposits are non-refundable except as outlined: a.) 60 or more days before the experience — Full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. b.) 22-59 days before the experience — 50% refund, provided your spot can be filled by another participant. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued. c.) 21 days or fewer before the experience — No refund. All payments and A Single Omya Member Token are forfeited. “Omya Member Token” refers to a single-use membership access credit issued to participants as part of their enrollment. Each Token entitles the holder to complimentary access to a future Omya experience or event based on the level of their membership. Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another date at no additional charge, provided a written notice is received no fewer than 22 days before the experience begins. Cancellation by Souls of Source If Souls of Source cancels or postpone your experience, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. In the event the experience is interrupted or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond Souls of Source's reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, facility unavailability, or health/safety concerns), Souls of Source will offer a pro-rated credit or transfer to a future date. No cash refund is guaranteed in such circumstances unless Souls of Source elects otherwise in its sole discretion.
