  • If your booking is declined, a full refund will be automatically provided.
Cancellation Policy
  • This event is 100% refundable 60 days before the event.
  • This event is 50% refundable 22 to 59 days before the event.
Cancellation Information
Deposit, Refund & Cancellation Policy Deposit A deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. All deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation schedule below. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your experience begins. Full payment will automatically be charged before the experience starts regardless of when your balance was collected. Cancellation & Refund Schedule All deposits are non-refundable except as outlined: 60 or more days before the experience — Full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. 22-59 days before the experience — 50% refund, provided your spot can be filled by another participant. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued. 21 days or fewer before the experience — No refund. All payments are forfeited. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another date at no additional charge, provided you notify us before the 30-day window. Cancellation by Omya *If we cancel or postpone your experience, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
